Children under 6 years of age dine free at our restaurant. Children from 6 to 13.99 years of age pay 50% off the adult price.

Reservation cancellations:
It’s free if canceled 14 and more days prior to the day of arrival. If canceled less than 14 days prior to the day of arrival cancellation fee is equal to the reception price of the room for one night. For On-line reservations, bank charges are not refundable.

We accept claims at check-in only.

Early Check-out:
In case of early check-out, a 24-hour notice is required and one-night room stay at Reception price is being charged additionally.

Additional information:
We allow pets at the hotel. We charge pets at 9 Euro per day.
